Located directly by the sandy beach of Conil de la Frontera, Playa de los Bateles, on the second floor of a typical Andalusian town house, Apartamento Ramón can accommodate up to 5 people. The rustically furnished holiday apartment in Spanish style has a living-dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. Other facilities include fans, heating and a TV as well as a parasol and deckchairs for the beach. The highlight is the covered balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture, inviting you to have meals while enjoying a beautiful view of the sea. Thanks to its excellent location, numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

The Spanish style holiday home has a living-dining area with fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, two with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms. Other facilities include fans, heating, a TV, a baby cot and children's books as well as a parasol and deckchairs for your visit to the beach. The highlight is the spacious, well-kept garden with several partly covered and furnished terraces, a barbecue area and a pool with deckchairs and an outdoor shower. The nearest supermarket is 1.5 km away, some traditional restaurants are within walking distance. A larger selection of restaurants and bars can be found in the centre of Conil de la Frontera, about 2 km away. The popular, miles-long sandy beach of the city, Playa de los Bateles, is 3 km or 9 minutes by car away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Parking spaces are available on the property.
